EDUCATION

In Summer of 2023, I worked at the Orlando Shakespeare Company as an Education Intern. I worked with elementary-aged students at the company’s summer camps. I assisted the teaching artists in their lessons, led warmups and games, made many many crafts, and oversaw lunch and aftercare hours. Orlando Shakes was a great place to get experience in theatre education, and helping young theater makers pursue their craft made my heart so full.
Through this experience, I have acquired skills in caring for the youth, entertaining, running a classroom, and enhanced my organizational/management skills.
